Providence Mission Hospital

Raising a healthy teen has little to do with diet and a lot to do with listening.

Challenge: Mission Hospital wanted to teach parents in South Orange County how to talk to their teenagers about drugs and alcohol and not avoid the conversation.

Solution: We created raisinghealthyteens.org, a portal encouraging parents to change the conversation and talk openly with their kids about the realities associated with alcohol and drug use. Arming parents with the right tools has had a profound effect.

Result: Since campaign launch, the percentage of teens choosing the right path increased from 72% to 82%.
